I joined the group as a PhD student in 2020. My research interests focus on synthesis and characterization of perovskite solar cells. My current interests are based on the fabrication/characterization of perovskite/GaAs tandem solar cells and hybrid GaAs nanowire/perovskite solar cell devices. In terms of my bachelor and as part of my master thesis, I studied GaAs nanowire structures and I focused on the electrical characterization of GaAs nanowire solar cells.
